Conduct timely and thorough investigations of PD/BI claims, determine liability and coverage, review appraisal estimates, supplements and subrogation demands. Deny, settle, or authorize payments for claims based on coverage, witnesses, and attorneys. Pro-actively develop information regarding all potential exposures and continually assesses reserve adequacy in accord with established protocols.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience. 2+ years claims experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, superior customer service orientation along with excellent time management and analytical thinking skills.
